Marco has been cooking professionally for over 15 years. He trained in Italy and fell in love with bringing that same warmth and simplicity to our kitchen. He's the one who makes sure every dish leaves the pass just right.

Sofia runs front-of-house with the care and attention that makes dsvdsv feel like home. Her background in hospitality means she notices the little things — the things that turn a good meal into a great one.
