Marco has been cooking professionally for over 15 years. He trained in Italy and fell in love with bringing that same warmth and simplicity to our kitchen. He's the one who makes sure every dish leaves the pass just right.
Restaurant Manager & Co-Founder
Sofia runs front-of-house with the care and attention that makes dsvdsv feel like home. Her background in hospitality means she notices the little things — the things that turn a good meal into a great one.
Sous Chef
James brings creativity and precision to everything he touches. He's responsible for our seasonal specials and is constantly exploring new flavour combinations that surprise and delight our regulars.
Front of House Lead
Amara has been with us almost since the beginning and is a familiar, friendly face for many of our guests. She has a gift for making people feel instantly at ease.
Pastry Chef
Every dessert on our menu bears Lena's signature touch — indulgent but balanced, beautiful but approachable. She's passionate about finishing every meal on the highest note.
